Jannei goat ricotta has a lovely textured feel on the palette. Moist, soft crumbly texture ,very delicate with an almost nutty flavour.
Lightly salted and made completely without the use of rennet. Like all our cheeses no additives bar the salt. It’s fresh and mellow flavours hit you straight away. You know it is good for you, you can taste the whole milk it is made from.
The vacuum seal pushes the curds together so you slice it for baked ricotta recipes. This absolutely natural cheese is lovely in pastries, quiche and frittata.
Ricotta is available in 200gm tubs the tub comes vacuum sealed with a lid on top so that you can replace the lid after opening. Store in the fridge bellow 5˚C. has a fridge shelf best before life of 6 weeks.

thankyou for making this! it is so hard to find a true non cow’s dairy milk ricotta, and this one is so popular that i often miss out on grabbing a tub of it at Terra Madre in Vic!!! love it
