Information & tasting notes

This hand-made natural creamy yogurt is cultured with Acidophilus and Bifidus culture. No thickeners are used in this product it is completely natural . Very creamy and delicate.

This yogurt is excellent with fresh fruit or home-made desserts.

We make yoghurt all year round and it is slightly thicker during winter due to less summer grass and more solids in the Dairy Does diet. Goat’s milk has fine fat globules and this makes the yoghurt set thinner. A goat yoghurt that sets like jelly has something that is setting the product like gelatine or agar.

Goat Milk Yogurt is available in 300ml and 600ml plastic cream bottles.
