Jannei Fresh Cheese Box: Includes lovely selection of creamy sweet cheese from Jannei Farm-natural cheese no additives -real Cheese. These are just perfect for everyday use and entertaining. Unit weight: Fetta 150gm-+, Fresh Curd 150gm, Pressed Curd Blanc and Noir 150gm.
Jannei cheese has no fillers or preservatives or thickeners added. They are exceptional quality and hand made with no preservatives. Fetta has a great depth of flavour as it ages in our brine- we pack it as it is ordered. Mostly made in summer months. We have been told it is a rare find like a Greek style feta. It does melt when grilled or baked as a topping to your favorite pizza, lasagna, baked potato- you try it. you won’t be disappointed
