The Bent Back Chèvre is a fresh aged white mold cheese. 2004 Champion of the Sydney Australian Specialty Cheese Association Awards and 17 times gold award winner in it’s range. This cheese can be aged until it’s gooey or eaten fresh  of the shelf.
